To change the time on your watch, follow these steps:

2. Tap "Date & Time."

3. Tap "Set Time" and choose whether you want to adjust the hour or minute.

4. Tap "Next," then tap "Confirm" when prompted to confirm that you want to change the time zone as well.

5. When prompted, enter your current location's ZIP code (or just select it from a list).
