1. Introduction
Welcome to the Tech Den Affiliate Program.
By joining our program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This policy governs your participation as an affiliate and defines how commissions are earned, tracked, and paid.
Our mission is to build a transparent, trustworthy, and performance-based affiliate ecosystem that rewards genuine marketing efforts and ethical promotion.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for the Tech Den Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 15 years old.
- Own or manage an active digital platform such as a website, YouTube channel, or social media page.
- Provide accurate identity and payment information.
- Avoid promoting illegal, adult, or misleading content.
Tech Den reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate any application at its discretion.
3. Commission Policy
3.1 Commission Eligibility
Affiliates will earn a commission on each completed and verified order placed through their unique referral link, provided that the order is successfully delivered and not returned.
3.2 Commission Conditions
- Commission will be paid only for orders that are successfully delivered and not returned within the valid return period.
- If an order is cancelled, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, no commission will be issued.
- If a product is out of stock and the order is cancelled by Tech Den, no commission will be added.
- If a customer uses multiple affiliate links, the last valid click before purchase will receive the commission.
- Commissions are calculated based on the product subtotal (excluding shipping fees, VAT, and discounts).
4. Order Cancellation & Returns
- Customer Cancellations: No commission is issued for cancelled or refunded orders.
- Out-of-Stock Cancellations: Orders cancelled due to Tech Den’s internal stock unavailability will not generate any commission.
- Returned Products: If a customer returns an item, the corresponding commission will be deducted or adjusted in the next payout cycle.
5. Commission Rates & Payments
- Commission rates vary by product type and promotional campaigns.
- Minimum payout threshold: ৳500 BDT.
- Payments are issued monthly via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer.
- Affiliates must ensure their payment information is accurate. Tech Den is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect details.
6. Tracking & Attribution
- All sales are tracked through unique affiliate links or tracking codes.
- A 10-day cookie duration applies — purchases made within 10 days of clicking your referral link will qualify for commission.
- Tech Den reserves the right to invalidate suspicious, duplicate, or manipulated referrals.
7. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from:
- Making self-purchases or fraudulent transactions.
- Spamming referral links on unrelated or restricted platforms.
- Using deceptive or false advertising methods.
- Modifying tracking links or using unauthorized Tech Den branding.
- Promoting counterfeit or competitor products using Tech Den’s name.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent removal without payment of pending commissions.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, images, and marketing materials provided by Tech Den remain our property. Affiliates may use official content only for authorized promotional purposes related to Tech Den.
9. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep all business information — such as performance data, pricing policies, and commission structures — strictly confidential. Unauthorized disclosure will lead to termination from the program.
10. Policy Updates
Tech Den reserves the right to modify or update this Affiliate Policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard alerts. Continued participation indicates acceptance of updated terms.
11. Termination
Tech Den may terminate your affiliate account immediately if:
- Any violation of this policy occurs.
- Fraudulent, unethical, or abusive behavior is detected.
- You remain inactive for more than six (6) months.
All unpaid or disputed commissions will be forfeited upon termination.
12. Limitation of Liability
Tech Den shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to your participation in the affiliate program. Our total liability will not exceed the total commission earned by you in the previous three (3) months.
